2024 Advanced Lithography + Patterning Sponsored Student Conference Grant

Description

Sponsors will be offering a limited number of student author conference grants to eligible and selected students who are either presenting and publishing an accepted paper, or attending without presenting at Advanced Lithography + Patterning. Grant recipients receive a full event registration, and U.S. students can receive up to $500 and international students can receive up to $1,000 to cover travel costs. In addition, students can elect to take one onsite course paid for by the grant. Travel costs that can be reimbursed include airfare, gas and/or trains, and also lodging, such as hotel or Airbnb. Students must save all receipts to receive travel reimbursement. If receipts are not kept, no reimbursement will be given.

Author Requirements and Eligibility

  • must be a full-time student 
  • must have an accepted paper
  • must submit your manuscript to be published in the Proceedings of SPIE by the pre-conference due date of 7 February 2024
  • must be available to present at Advanced Lithography + Patterning

All Other Applicants

  • must be a full-time student in a high school, undergraduate, or graduate program
  • must be planning to attend Advanced Lithography + Patterning
  • must complete and submit application by 21 November 2023

Please note:  Students are not eligible if they have completed their PhD, ScD, or MD program

  • Priority will be given to Contact Authors
  • Applications will be reviewed by the Selection Committee 
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered
  • Applicants agree that their contact information may be shared with sponsors
