2024 Photomask Technology + EUV Lithography Sponsored Student Conference Grant

Description

Sponsors will be offering a limited amount of student author conference support to eligible and selected SPIE student members who are presenting and publishing an accepted paper, as well as co-authors and non-authors attendees attending Photomask Technology + EUV Lithography (29 September - 3 October 2024). U.S. students can receive up to $1000 and international students can receive up to $1,500 to cover travel costs. Travel costs that can be reimbursed include air fare, train or bus tickets, gas, parking, and also lodging, such as hotel or Airbnb. Students must save all receipts to receive reimbursement. If receipts are not kept, no reimbursement will be given.

Author Requirements and Eligibility

  • must be a full-time student 
  • must have an accepted paper
  • must submit your manuscript to be published in the Proceedings of SPIE
  • must be available to present at Photomask Technology + EUV Lithography

All Other Applicants

  • must be a full-time student in a high school, undergraduate, or graduate program
  • must be planning to attend Photomask Technology + EUV Lithography
  • must complete and submit application by 15 July 2024

Please note:  Students are not eligible if they have completed their PhD, ScD, or MD program

  • priority will be given to Contact Authors
  • applications will be reviewed by the Selection Committee 
  • incomplete applications will not be considered
  • applicants agree that their contact information may be shared with sponsors
